CNY USBC BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2024-2025
President - Jan Moro
Jan served for more than 25 years on the former Syracuse Women's Bowling Association Board of Directors. She also served as President of the Syracuse Women's 600 Club for 20 years and serves on the New York State 600 Club board. Jan, who was recently elected to the New York State Bowling Board of Directors, also served as President and Secretary/Treasurer for many leagues over the years. She was elected to the SWBA Hall of Fame in 2015 and is committed to serving our bowling community and to promote the sport we love so much.
Vice President - Don LaValley
Don has been bowling for over 40 years, serving as a League Secretary for the more than 15 years. He comes to the Association with the passion to help grow the sport with new ideas.
Association Manager - Stacey Finnigan
Stacey has been bowling since she was a very young girl, including her time with the Amateur Bowlers Tour where she cashed consistently and made one TV appearance during the 90's while living in San Diego. Having moved to NY in 1996, she began bowling at Green Acres Lanes in 2001. Stacey has an extensive background with computers and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting. She has worked independently, for Medicare, H & R Block, became a Notary Public, and worked as an accountant for a property management company before starting her own business. Stacey has been the Secretary/Treasurer of the Syracuse Women's 600 Club for many years and joined the Association in 2021.
Director - Â Sandy Adiano
Sandy was elected to the former Syracuse Women’s Bowling Association board in 1986 where she served as a Director, Vice President, and then President until the SWBA and SBA Associations merged. In 2018, she was elected to the new CNY USBC Association as a Director. Sandy has served on various committees; she has chaired the local Queen’s Tournament as well as chairperson for the Association Hall of Fame Selection Committee and Hall of Fame Dinner.

Director - Wendy Dale
Wendy has been bowling on and off since she started as a teen youth bowler at the David Harum Lanes in Homer. She became active in the Syracuse bowling scene after meeting Kerry Dale in 2010. With updated equipment, she bowled her first 600 series that year and joined the Syracuse Women's 600 Club. Eventually, she became a 600 Club Director, then Vice President. She joined the CNY USBC Board of Directors in 2022. Wendy has worked at many local tournaments in the past few years, both for the 600 Club and for the Association, and enjoys providing that support to the local bowling community.
Director - Lorie Darrh
Lorie has been bowling since she started at the age of 12 at Green Acres Lanes in Central Square. Lorie has been a league secretary for over 25 years. She has been a director of CNY USBC since 2023. Lorie is a USBC Bronze level coach and has spent over 5 years coaching youth bowlers in Central Square. In addition to coaching youth bowlers at Green Acres Lanes in Central Square, she was an employee for over 10 years, who at one time or another worked in almost every capacity at the lanes including office manager. Lorie is also a director of the Syracuse 600 Bowling Club.
Director - Mike Finnigan
Mike has lived in central NY all his life and has been bowling since his mom taught him to bowl at Sports Bowl in Baldwinsville in the 60's. She was a very active bowler, was in several leagues each season and was an avid tournament bowler. After bowling in several leagues in the 70's and 80's he went on hiatus due to kids, work, and school, but then became active again in 2004. He had never held an office until becoming a director in 2021. He's volunteered to take care of all IT duties at the CNY office and is frequently seen at local tournaments as a helper, runner, or participant.
Director - Betty Genninger
Betty has been a member of the local bowling community for over 45 years. She was a Director of the former SWBA and serves as a Director on the Syracuse Women's 600 Club. Betty has served as a league secretary/treasurer over the years, and was elected to the SWBA Hall of Fame in 2016. Betty's experience will help mold the future of our bowling community.

Director - Rosemarie Speich
Rosemarie has been a lifetime bowler and loves the sport. She currently bowls in three leagues. She has been a league secretary as well as past president of the Baldwinsville Varsity Bowling Boosters. She is a retired music teacher and is currently a proud Mom of two NCAA bowlers who are also members of the CNY USBC Youth HOF. She looks forward to serving the CNY USBC as a director with an emphasis on supporting youth bowling opportunities in our community.
